Who's in the team?
Solutions Consultants
Numerically, the majority of the team. SCs own the technical relationship with our prospects and support the Sales team in closing opportunities.
Channel Solutions Consultants
Providing our developing channel business with product and enablement support.
Platform Architects
Provide in-depth support to the Account teams, focussed on integrations, APIs and Sunshine, our open and flexible AWS native CRM platform.
Solution Developers
Support the SCs by developing demonstration assets.
Technical Proposal and RFP Writers
Manages the RFP process and owns the master content used to respond effectively to RFPs.
Product Specialists
Provides additional in-depth support on key solution areas such as Explore & Messaging.
