What is presales at Zendesk?


The Presales organisation, numbering over 150 people globally and 45 in EMEA, has a very simple mission: To Ensure Solution Selection.  Our role is to enthuse our prospects about the capabilities of our solution, and in doing so, demonstrate that Zendesk is the optimal solution to meet their business, functional and technical requirements.


Of course, we are also salespeople, trusted advisors, technical gurus, domain experts, value consultants, challengers and thought leaders, and… Oh, and we are experts at juggling lots of balls, balancing learning with doing, and having fun.

Platform Architects 
Provide in-depth support to the Account teams, focussed on integrations, APIs and Sunshine, our open and flexible AWS native CRM platform.

Solution Developers
Support the SCs by developing demonstration assets.
Holidays
Technical Proposal and RFP Writers
Manages the RFP process and owns the master content used to respond effectively to RFPs.
